A former shrimp fisherman whose disabled boats are stuck in the Anclote River is facing two felony charges of littering. The two shrimp boats sit partially sunk in the river just west of the city's famed sponge docks and outside the Rusty Bellies Waterfront Grill, where the restaurant's owner, Julie Russell, said they have been for almost three years. ...more
