By June Tarpon Spring's sponge boat tourist attraction should be refurbished to its former glory. Repairs to the former sponge boat that bears the city's name are being undertaken as the city focuses revitalization efforts on sprucing up its Sponge Dock's cultural district, along Dodecanese Boulevard. There is a lot of pride stuffed into this taqueria. Taqueria, Spanish for "little taco shop," is a term initially coined for popular outdoor taco stands. The Aguirre family opened Tacos Cielito Lindo, named after the Mexican popular song with the "Ay, Ay, Ay, Ay" refrain, a year ago. The taqueria is in a storefront at 672 E.
