The search is on for an artwork to adorn the Palm Harbor Library building. The Pinellas County Cultural Affairs Department and its Public Art and Design Committee are calling for local artists to submit proposals. It's going to get really cozy around the Palm Harbor Library next year. Throughout 2008, the Library will undergo a remodeling that will cost around $1.3 million, said Library Director Gene Coppola.
