Corey Lindsey Jr. of Zephyrhills turned himself in at the Land O' Lakes Detention Center at about 9 p.m. Monday. Lindsey is accused of fatally shooting Donald Watts of Zephyrhills. ...more

A man once convicted of vehicular homicide has been arrested on drug charges. Hillsborough County deputies arrested Corbin Legiles Nottingham at 10:50 p.m. Sunday. The 20-year-old Tampa man was arrested at 23rd Street and 138th Avenue and charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine, and obstructing or opposing an officer without violence. He also was charged with violating probation on the vehicular homicide conviction. ...more

Brandon Michael Evans, who was convicted in 1996 of two counts of third-degree murder, was arrested again this morning. Evans, 28, of Tampa, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. today at Livingston and Bearss avenues. He was charged with violating probation and misdemeanor domestic battery. ...more

The official rebuke to the troubled Tampa Bay Academy comes at 5 p.m. today – the time when state regulators said they will suspend the academy's license for what they called "gross mismanagement" of mental health care.
