The drive to turn Palm Harbor into a city hit a snag a few weeks ago when the Crystal Beach Community Association objected, saying its members want to remain a part of unincorporated Pinellas County. OZONA - This coastal village plans to show its patriotic colors with an Independence Day fireworks display and its first annual July Fourth Golf Cart Parade.
