Clearwater police have charged two 14-year-old boys with carjacking and are looking for a third teenager. Investigators say the teenagers approached a vehicle at Jacmar Street and Pinehurst Avenue in Dunedin about 4:30 p.m. Monday, dragged the driver out of the car and took the vehicle.
