OLDSMAR, Fla. - OLDSMAR, Fla. - Pinellas Sheriff's Office detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying a man caught on surveillance film committing a burglary at a local dry-cleaning store.
The unidentified man broke into Oldsmar Cleaners and Laundry, 3780 Tampa Road, Unit C1, at 6 p.m. on Christmas Day and then forced his way into a pair of vending machines and made off with an undisclosed amount of change.
The owner of the business reported the break-in around 9 a.m. on Dec. 26.
Detectives in the Burglary and Pawn Unit say the subject entered the establishment in what appears to be the company of a woman. He fled on foot after taking the money.
Detectives say they are investigating similar cases in the area.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid- to late-30s. He is about 6 foot 1 inch tall and weighs between 240 and 245 pounds. He has brown hair and a distinct full goatee. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, tan pants and tan cap.
