So often, in our times of stress, we people tend to portray negativity in our attitudes instead of all the positive things in our everyday lives we have to be thankful for. So we the people of Skye Loch Villas would like to give a public acknowledgement and big thank-you to the city of Dunedin and its elected officials and employees.

This year they have worked side by side with our board of directors to help us with the beautification of our community and the surrounding area. With their rapid response they have addressed our needs and concerns and are still working vigilantly to the most diligent and speedy conclusion possible.

Special thanks to Harry Gross, assistant city manager; Rick Johnson, building official; Greg Rice, director of planning and development; James Levengood, the special codes inspector; and sheriff's deputies Brandon Harvey and Chris Mantzanas.

And a special heartfelt thank-you to City Manger Rob DiSpirito.
